They usually do, I'd arrive early as big games tend to fill the bar or try to reserve an area if you have a group.
Yes.
No, the place was large enough to handle a normal crowd.
St.Patrick's day was well spent with the family!!Our waitress was very attentive &very friendly- even with a restaurant PACKED with people ! She did great. The family enjoyed orders of Fish &Chips, Corned beef &cabbage ,a long with Shepherd's pie &bangers &mash! Authentic Irish Dance was performed live! Lovely atmosphere. Good service. Will probably come back next year for St.patties &maybe a few days in between 😋!
Love this tuck-away bar! Their happy hour (5-7pm weekdays) is absolutely the best!! Drinks are 50% off no matter what you order. Tons of top shelf liquor. Food is good too. Super reasonable. Barmaids are super friendly as well. Kind of the "Cheers" atmosphere with lots of local repeat customers. Will def be back over & over! 🎉🍷🍻🥃
Great appetizer and beer selection. Wings and brussel sprouts were awesome!
Nice place to chill with family and friends. Drinks could use a boost, can barely taste any alcohol. Still, pretty good. Service was ok, could have been better too since it wasn't that busy, but still appreciate it.
Soo good Good attention. Good foot. Thanks. Happy New Year.
Always good, love this place. Bar is always cheerful. It was a great addition to Oakland park. I love the wings. The menu is great.
Good service, beer and food.
Good food and fun atmosphere
Still great and wonderous. Very welcoming pub with an amazing decor - kind of middle ages meets technology in a cave. Yes, it's cool and very different and NOT like the rest of the street or even the rest of Oakland Park. Have a stout, have some excellent Irish pub food and repeat often...
Excellent little breakfast place. Food fresh and delicious. Great friendly service. Clean. Highly recommend.
Great Birthday Party for my Dad. They reserved an area for our group. Great Food! Great Staff!
Never sit at Cassie's table less than 2 hrs from closing. Never felt so unwelcome
Fun Irish pub with over 30 stools at the bar! Lots of tv's throughout. Their happy hour is the best!! 50% off ALL drinks no matter what you order!! Same with apptz & flatbread! Bartenders/maids are super friendly. So is the owner who brought our food. Can't wait to be back cause we sure will! :)
Great hangout place. Good beer and good food!! Chill and relax
Food wasn't too bad and service was fair. Was not happy with the fact that a large table was sat directly behind me that was loud and obnoxious. There were many other areas that were somewhat separate from other diners that could accommodate the group.
I come to this unique place many times because I love the good air that is characterizes this place. The personel is exceptionally friendly and skilfull. The service is exceptionally efficient. Also, the food they serve is perfect. I have been there many times and I was always happy. The payment is fair. I highly suggest this restaurant to to everybody.
This bar is up the street from my residence and I've passed it several times going home. I've always been curious and wanted to try it out. I stopped in on a Friday evening for happy hour, around 5:45-6 and there were people at the bar but nothing really going on at the tables. I had to ask for a server and didn't feel as if it was an inviting atmosphere for African Americans. Food was ok. Don't think i will return. I came, i experience, and now I can say i tried the place.
We like a lot hanging out. Yesterday we went to this excellent place which friends told us about. We enjoyed a delightful evening there with great food and a courteous crew and an impressive chief cook. We added this restaurant in our phone list and we will definitely go again soon. We highly recommend.
Accommodating and friendly staff, tasty food and a fine selection of whiskeys and beers, where could you go wrong? Oh, did I mention the rugby? 😀Came for all of that, but the bar was full when we got here, so they sat is at a table with our TV, put on the match with volume and brought over or Guinness and black and tans right away. It was like having our very own private rugby screening room. The food was quite nice. Drinks were perfectly cold. All in all, looking forward to the next time in. I don't the match will be as incredible as this England vs Scotland match was, but I'll bet there rest of it will be.
I've been seeing Stout's posts for years and live just a few blocks away, and finally took a friend for a birthday dinner there last week. You walk into the restaurant, and it's like walking into Oz. Beautiful clean cool restaurant. People at the bar having fun looking as if they thought about what they would wear before leaving the house. Delicious drinks and fantastic service staff. He had the Shepard's Pie and I had the Salmon BLT. Both filling and delicious. We'll be back regularly.
It's a fun place to visit hope to get back there soon
First visit and I was pleasantly surprised. Had wings and beer, the wings were good. I'll return to check out the rest of food. Service was great.
Cool place. They do a good amount of business for not being right in the middle of a popular location so that will tell you something.
I eat here a lot since I work close by. I must say their customer service is always good and they keep the place clean regularly. Prices are fair and they serve generous portions.
My favorite Pub especially after hours. Lots of good beer to choose from. The food is exceptional in the service matches the place. Great bar area Domingo or private booths and tables.
We met friends at Stout Bar & Grill last Friday evening and it was our 1st time there. My husband had the lamb stew and it was just o.k. The Guinness on tap, was just like it was poured out of a bottle from the store. We were seated in the back & surrounded by t.v.'s and our table (and those surrounding us) were all under super BRIGHT lights Environment wise....it was on par with any "sports bar"...but, if you are truly looking for an "authentic" Irish Pub atmosphere & food quality, then The Field is still the highest standard, our favorite.
Very clean(which is a big deal for me) staff was nice and the food was good. Loved the decor
This is a nice Irish Bar/Restaurant. I can understand all the good reviews and people raving about this place. As you walk in the place seems a little dark... medium lighting and a cooper countertop at the bar. Just a few regulars hanging out at the bar and a few tables on an early Monday afternoon. The menu has lots of bar food and a few of Irish favorites ... a few.. but really good! I decided to go with the Irish specialty... Guinness lamb stew, I mean who can resist, and to go with it a Half and Half. The stew was hearty and delicious. Also tempting was the stout shepherd's pie. People at the bar seemed like they come here often and they said to try that next time.Service was very good and friendly. Really cold beer and bartender was very personable.
Great service and good food wings are excellent
Good food, amazing service from bar staff and servers .Great place to get away from these over crouded bars. The dining is very unique, even the decor.
My friend and I sat in the room near the bar, a bit loud but there is seating away from that area. Service and food alike was good. Plan on returning to try other dishes. Had a Margarita which was also good. Close by to where I live so was conveniently located.
Good food, plenty of TVs, and great happy hour on weeknights.
Foods amazing, the bar is always full of customers yet clean. Daniell the manager and Tony arw both very friendly and attentive!
31bucks for 3 beers and a shot of Jameson along with a moody bartender? 👎. However the times that I ate there the food was always good.
The food at this place was fantastic. The Curry chicken was a delight. Personally I would've liked it a bit spicier but, I can't complain at all. We sat in the dining area and everything seemed clean and the seating was comfortable. TVs everywhere so you can't miss the games that are televised. The bar was packed, but it was the champions league final, so that was totally expected.
Good food. I would have given it 5 stars. But the service was a little slow.
Stout has gotten much better as it had been hit or miss. Happy Hour is a good deal. Food is generally great. Authentic food and some other items sure to please. Service is marginal as in most places. But the food is hot and fresh.
This is the place where you can have great time eat very good and drink I recommend to you all love it ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I have been here many times within the past 2 years. They never disappoint! Great service & great food.
We had a girls night out after work at this place, I was not sure because I dont drink but the atmosphere was great, for an "irish-pub" not too loud just perfect for conversation. Service was great, waitresses were very accomadating and attentive. We took advantage of HAPPY HOUR, drinks are half off which my 3 friends loved, the appetizers and flatbreads are also half off, perfect for a single mom on a budget like me, we had a mix of starters and they were very good (wings, dips and chips, flatbreads). Overall great place for the adults, I saw quite a few people at the bar, but we sat at a very comfy booth, not sure it's great for families with little kids but I won't know since mine it's a teen already, will go again for my bday....and yes they give u free dessert on your bday so try it and go Irish for the night, you will get pleasantly surprised.
Amazing place to eat, drink, or watch your favorite game. Food was spectacular and the service was superb. Love this place. Highly recommend it.
Great place, Awesome food and drinks and dessert. Awesome waitress. Looking forward to come again.
Great place! They allowed us to host a poker fundraiser for the girls travel soccer team and it was a success! Great food, atmosphere and all around fun.
Fabulous food & Beer. Bartender knows his stuff and very friendly. Did I mention the food? Irish corned beef & cabbage, bangers & mash! Awesome! Atmosphere great! Will definitely make another stop here and it return someday!
Way too expensive for what you get. Waitress messed the order up 3 times, half the taps were being worked on so you could only get the house brews and the noise level made it impossible to have a conversation.
Great local place for Family, holiday and business. I try a different plate every time I stop by and have not been disappointed yet. And it’s always the place to be on Saint Patrick’s Day. Their fish 🐟 and chips are excellent but I ate them so fast I forgot to take a picture. I also wish all of the other places I stop to eat had such a great staff.
Went there for lunch a couple months ago...we were seated and waited 20 minutes. No one came to our table so we left. Just went back for dinner. One order was wrong and after waiting for some time for the waitress, had to get up to find her. The corned beef in the corned beef and cabbage was mostly grizzle. Too bad. Nice atmosphere.
A must for sports fans, even better if you're hungry!
I told my friends about this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this place often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are yummy and the crew is attentive and cooperative. Whenever we visit this place we have a gorgeous evening. I warmly recommend this restaurant.
Very nice Irish pub with good atmosphere and friendly staff. Went there for an after soccer beer with my buddy and my wife also joined so we ended up having dinner. Both the Salmon and the NY stake were very tasteful and prepared just the right way which we were really happy with considering past experiences with food in pubs. Very glad to have found this great joint. Will definitely return
